From the President

I hope you all are enjoying this beautiful weather as much as I am. I think spring is my favorite season of all in E. TN.

It has been a busy month for Ritzy Thimble Quilt Guild. Sharon’s workshop was a huge success. Can’t wait for the June workshop.

I know many of you attended the quilt show in Pigeon Forge and some even took classes. Maybe you learned something you can share with the guild! Jodi’s BOM was also a big hit and I am looking forward to the finished product!

There is one thing I feel we need to discuss, that is the board and committees for next year. Many of this year’s board will be leaving after Dec. It is never too early to think about replacements. I know you are all very busy with family, job and other commitments. We all are. Please be thinking if there is something you would be willing to do for the guild in 2012.

I am looking forward to seeing you next week.
