WORKSHOPS/CLASSES/EXHIBITS
Atlantic Fly Away - A class taught by Anita Chaisty is planned for June 23 at the Civic Center.  Signups are going on now.  The pattern is called Atlantic Fly Away and it uses the Wing Clipper Ruler by Deb Tucker.

Narda and Patty Ashworth told us about a 2 day class taught by a local lady, Bailey Earith, a fiber artist from Oak Ridge.  We don't have date yet but they wanted to emphasize what a good opportunity this is to learn a new technique that we might apply to our own quilting efforts...mor on this after we see an example of what we will be making in the class...

Quilt Exhibit being planned for 2019
Patty Ashworth previously gave us a heads up about plans for an exhibit to be held at the Art Center in Oak Ridge - more on this later
